And if you haven't been to La Boca for Argentinian steak or Stein's for some pastrami, you're missing out. Our design scene needs to be the same way; right now, "innovative" is a bad word and everyone is obsessed with preserving this spirit of dysfunction that is less about culture and more about a history of incompetence (case in point: http://bit.ly/pvRpOk). I love what New Orleans was. I'd like to love what New Orleans will become.CVan_Whttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01736769445601030883noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1067709459844334507.post-60616301539963846482011-08-29T14:35:52.850-05:002011-08-29T14:35:52.850-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.CVan_Whttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01736769445601030883noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1067709459844334507.post-16396351715481652962011-08-05T13:39:53.099-05:002011-08-05T13:39:53.099-05:00I'm so sick of jazz music and creole / cajun c...I'm so sick of jazz music and creole / cajun cuisine that I could stick a fork in my eye.
